Where We All SHOULD Have Been

The mere fact that humanity has already reached the Moon, and then criminally left(!!!!) it, literally screams, it's inconceivable, so the fact that we, as a species, should have built bases on the Moon I take as a given.

In a timeline where we would have stayed on the Moon throughout this entire time period, and completely invest ourselves in Space exploration, humans would have reached Mars over 40 years ago, by the early Eighties the latest, by now there would have been at least one small human colony there, and that is what I meant: a Universe where the Moon is settled and being mined, Mars gets settled, and humans (from a unified Earth) are already pushing forwards, start mining asteroids and have already sent mamned missions to the Moon systems of Jupiter and Saturn, which is where humanity should have been, by now.
