Victim-blaming Should Be Outlawed

To make things clear, in victim-blaming I do not mean cases of a driver busy at his phone, masturbating, sleeping, or post-drinking hitting a wall. Nor am I talking about people, in places that tend to have names that sound like florida, texas or california, who, after years and years of burning fossil-fuel ls for their sick hearts' desire, got their bloody homes burned to the ground, or flooded.

Those so-called "victims" truly do carry 100% of the blame, and must only blame themselves.

No, I am talking about real victims. For example, a girl dares to not only leave her house ("How dares she go out of the kitchen???"
